Project: Demolition derby
Designing a crusher is a big challenge. To obtain a product that guarantees the right clamping forces, excellent durability, the right weight and good ease of assembly, a deep knowledge of the sector and the use of the most modern analysis tools are required. In the design of these two models Eping has put all this in place!
The main part of the project concerned the analysis and calculation of the geometries to optimize the performance of the two equipment. The first product developed is a small crusher characterized by interchangeable teeth and blades.
The second equipment is, instead, a large multisystem. In addition to interchangeable blades and teeth, this product has various leg kits that meet every specific need of the end customer.
